consulting engineering firm with offices in Portland,

Everett, Washington and Boise, Idaho. MSA offers a wide range of services from project inception through
construction completion and project startup. Our engineering services
include regional and local public facilities planning, subsurface utility
engineering (SUE), process engineering, feasibility studies, environmental
studies and permitting, financial studies and evaluations, facilitation of
and assistance with intergovernmental agreements, designs, construction
administration and management, and project and program management. We are
well known for our broad expertise in water resources, SUE services and in

History
Murray, Smith
& Associates, Inc. was founded in 1980 by Harold "Hal" Murray
and Phil Smith. Murray and Smith both began their careers with the
prominent Pacific Northwest consulting
engineering firm of Stevens, Thompson & Runyan, Inc. (STR). MSA was
formed with the dedicated mission of delivering high quality, high value
engineering services to cities, special districts, regional, state and
federal agencies, private utilities and commercial and industrial clients.
This business focus has earned the firm an excellent reputation as a
premier civil and environmental engineering consulting firm in the Pacific Northwest. |
