TEAM SPIRIT
MSA promotes positive team spirit and good health through a variety of team building and staff appreciation activities. In addition to sponsoring traditional holiday celebrations and summer picnic gatherings, the firm has sponsored an MSA Hood-to-Coast race team in Oregon for over 15 years and recently began sponsorship of a company Ski-to-Sea team in Washington. Many of the firm's staff participate in the firm's annual golf tournament and the firm's Idaho group regularly enjoys an annual white water raft trip outing. Our staff work hard throughout the year and these extracurricular events are important to staff morale, team building and energy revitalization.
